About Our Diamonds

Buying a diamond, particularly over the internet, presents several challenges. First, is the diamond conflict free? Second, is diamond being real? It is nearly impossible for even highly trained jewelers to tell the difference between natural and lab grown diamonds. Third, the same size and grade of diamond can vary greatly in quality depending upon the fineness of the particular cut. Even if you walk into a reputable store to purchase a diamond, it comes down to trust. A friend of mine, for example, bought two half caret diamonds earrings online for half the price of what I would pay a single one from my diamond dealer. I do not know whether those diamonds were real or not. I do know you get what you pay for and our price is fair.

We offer Canadian Diamonds and Kimberly Certified diamonds from Africa, all independently rated.

According to reputable NGOs, such as Amnesty International, conflict diamonds are still being widely circulated. This is confirmed by diamond dealers and insiders who I have spoken to outside of the US. We also offer certified Canadian Diamonds that are traded entirely outside of the Debeers supply chain. We also deal with just one person for all our larger diamonds out of Africa and I am confident that he strictly adhere to the Kimberly process. In both cases, prices vary according to the market. The color and cut of the stones we sell are independently certified. We know where our diamonds come from and we trust that they are all conflict free.

We are certain our engagement rings with diamonds represent a very good value for the money. Our diamonds are SI 1, which means "eye clean," and at least "H" color. In the trade, they are characterized as "brilliant."

If you want a diamond that isn't round, we would still like the opportunity to supply your diamond. Let us know your price range. You can also do some research yourself and then come to us with what you have found. There's a good chance we could provide you something of exactly the same quality at a better price.

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept the ring back. We charge a restocking fee which is 15% the price of the ring without a stone. There is no restocking fee on a center stone diamond.
